I bought a 6.5 HP and mounted it on my wood splitter (replaced an 8HP Briggs). It would run for a while and die at anything above a fast idle. Called them, got a return authorization and took it in and they replaced it no questions asked. Pretty good hundred bucks I spent. BTW the replacement runs great.
