Meijer store's in our area sell dry ice right next to the regular bagged ice. I don't know if that chain has reached MO yet. Seems like I remember seeing heavy walled styrofoam coolers for sale right there too.
Freeze the meat first and put the cooler in the freezer too. Add the dry ice and seal it up. It should stay cold for 8 days if it stays closed.
