Glow plugs for International Harvester???WHEW!!!!!

I have an International Harvester Model # B275 Diesel and Serial # 8189. The problem is all the glow plugs are bad. I have only found 2 places that carry them and they say I have to buy them by the box of 10! I only need 4. Is there another glow plug that will work in the place of these and where could I get some? Also any info on the Horse power would be helpful. I crank it now once in a while with starting fluid and know it is bad on the enging. Any help, year, hp, and what this tractor is worth would be lots of help.Thanks
