our 826 international front was stuck we had to use a cut off wheel on the hand grinder and make a cut along the side of the outer tube.This opened the outer tube to free them. Then we took the front off the tractor (with the inner tubes out) V the cut and weld it back together then grind the weld smooth. cant tell ours was cut when done.
