I noticed that too in the US at shows, fenders and full size pto covers as a rule are missing. Tractors in Canadian shows are very rarely seen without fenders in the rowcrop models. Then again the most common 60/620/630,70,720,730 is a standard chassis version up north rather than rowcrop. I don't why a poster has got all hissy with the depression as an explanation
