Are you sure you have the correct plugs for that motor? From what you describe, the threaded portion of the plug is too long and protrudes through the head then gets coated from the combustion. When you back them out, the threads in the head have to wipe this coating off the threads on the plug. Treat those aluminum head threads with kid gloves. Just an idea, hope this helps.
