I bought this old trailor chassis today to convert into a transporter for some of my Massey tractors but dont know how much weight it will carry. I was told it was used to house a CAT powered compressor (now removed) and that it was of American manufacture. Tyres are rated at just over 3000lbs and axles are Dexter P-11 Model SLR. The chassis is long and wide enough to carry my machies just needs some additional metal to make floor and add some loading ramps. It alos has a hydrolic pintle type hitch with mention of 20000lbs.Any information much appreciated. Bill
