A lot of times a clutch will stick due to lack of use. This sounds like the problem you have here. There should be an inspection plate under the bell housing. Take it off and get someone to depress the clutch for you.See what is happening. You might be able to stick a long heavy screw driver in between the clutch and flywheel and pry it apart. Or the pressure plate springs might be frozen. Either one could happen. Try it and let me know.
