I agree with those below. If someone really is serious about selling they need to set an asking price. I usually put my asking price and then O.B.O. for "or best offer".to show I am willing to haggle. I am willing and expect to bargain. That is part of the fun of selling. What I do not expect to have to do is set the asking price for someone. What is worse yet is when I do call on something and the have no starting point and I low ball them , they get mad and will not even deal!! Some peoples Kids!!!
