You might try to make an orchard tractor for the streamlined effect. A few of the dads in my son's pack added balsa wood to the sides so that it looks like a more conventional car. The current rule sheet says that the car cannot be wider than the wheelbase. And there are length rules, too. Some packs restrict heighth as well
