I agree but every now and then there is a young one that has not been out there very long, wanting to skip over all ranks and jump to the top, out to prove themselves. They are the type of people that are NEVER wrong, never apologize (why would they do that, they are never wrong) and no matter what you do, say, don't do, don't say, your ticket was already written before they even went on duty that day. They have a mental quota, they go back and brag to the ones that will listen. But then there are the more mature ones that will discuss the citation with you, and will give you only a warning if your driving record is good, along with your attitude. Nothing is ever perfect.
