My Dad just came back from the auction with an ISEKI PL400. I guess its a tractor. Hard to describe (wish I had a picture to post).Most all markings are in Japanese.
Its on steel (covered completely in thin plastic) with paddles on the inside of the rear. All four wheels resemble bicycle wheels. A small three point hitch on the back. White sheet metal covering a one cylinder engine. About 6 levers around the drivers seat. And a folding 2 foot mast between the head lights with a green light! I think it might be some kind of rice farming equipment. Any help on this one is welcome! John
