What KC says below is true. It's called UPS General. It's cheaper than UPS Ground. DON'T USE IT and make sure that anybody shipping to you doesn't use it! We ran into it about two months ago. My wife went right to the top at UPS and one of the bigshots told her that. It's just a "budget" UPS shipping option. NOT a GOOD option. This crap that anybody feeds you about UPS not delivering to certain rural areas is just that,crap. If it's shipped UPS Ground or anything more expensive than that,they WILL deliver it to you.
