Gun control is senseless to me. Law abiding people aren't going to use a firearm to do something illegal. If you outlaw or otherwise eliminate firearms ownership, only law abiding people will comply. Criminals won't give a ----. They'll get their firearms anyway they have to so they can commit their crimes. I am sure there are many people around the world who would willingly smuggle firearms into this country if the price was right. The government can't seem to keep illegal drugs from crossing our borders and getting into criminals hands, why would they be any more successful in keeping criminals from getting access to firearms.
I get really tired of hearing about laws that are aimed exclusively at those who obey the laws.
