OK Wayne, where are you located? I buy Goodman ffrom Johnstone in Asheville but the are other Johnstones around the state. I have installed Goodman units for over twenty years and have had only one compressor go baD. tHAT WAS BECAUSE THE lADY WOULDN'T BUY A NEW AIR HANDLER that was full of junk and even then the unit ran 4 yrs and 11 month and I was able to warranty it and install a new air handler aT the same time. Goodman parts are always available,I firmly believe its the best uy on the market and are more reliable than most. Just installed 7 units in our new church and the efficiency is oustanding.
