Water is created any time you burn fuel, be it gasoline or propane. Usually the exhaust system heats up quick enough to evaporate the water so you never see it. Let it idle after a cold start in cool weather and the exhaust system may remain cool enough to spit out some liquid water.
Many years ago I remember a shyster car dealer convincing a neighbor that his air cooled Corvair Monza had a bad head gasket, when the old fellow saw cold weather moisture dripping from the exhaust pipe.
