Not all that hard to do if the tank is 100% empty but if it has much gas in it then it will be a bear. At least that jeep should sit up high enough to be able to do it with out jacking it up much if any. A good floor jack and a piece of wood to shield the tank and taking the wires hoses and straps loose and down it comes. BTDT on a good number of cars and sure do hate the newer fuel pumps in the tank what a royal pain in the back sides
