If you use it at all in the summer,go with the heat houser. Not likely you'd put on a cab with air. It ain't like the cab of your pickup. You won't be going fast enough with the tractor to create any air flow and you'll be misserable in the heat. The heat houser is a whole lot easier to take off and put on every year. Not to mention the tremendous amount of heat that you can get out of it compaired to the cab.
