This has nothing to do at all with what brand of tractor it was. He wasn't happy with the service at this dealer so chose to take his money elsewhere. I am sure that he would have been justified doing the same thing at any other dealer with such a poor level of service. NH corperate offices appear to have agreed that he got poor service from the dealer and we're probably doing their best to understand where he was coming from. In the smaller tractors prices are competitive when comparing apples to apples. I'd gladly pay more for a lot better service. It seems like this has become a brand war and some people are defending the dealer. If it would have been a JD dealer, I think WW III would have broke out. Dave
