Have seen three pt and PTO set-up for farm use on Jeep,(post war CJ & pickup).No reason this bolt on set up couldn't have been used on power wagon.I believe there were variations ie; manually pumped 3pt,engine pumped 3pt,possibly PTO driven 3pt pump,....PTO was separate system,shafted to rear from Jeep transmission aux PTO. These were discussed here awhile back,you might try archive search here for ?...Jeep 3 pt?...jeep trencher? or such
