Does that have a front pump like the ag tractors? If the old pump was getting bad,there might be some pieces or o-ring or something in the system that's gotten past the filter. I posted this yesterday on the Deere forum for a 401D industrial. If it's the same,there's a needle valve in the top of the pump behind the left radiator screen. It's pretty good sized,has a roll pin for the t-handle. Turn that in. It will make contact with a spring loaded valve. Keep turning until it bottoms out. Then start the tractor and open the valve back up with it running. See if you hear the hydraulics start to work. If there's something in there,running it with it open will flush the crap out of it.
