Real sad situation.. I know poor folks that shiver and try to heat with Kero... They are spending more than many people here pay for all the power bill.. Kero pump here is almost 4 dollars a gallon.. When you figure that there is no road tax, it is a crime to price Kero at that.. Or at least it should be..
