In theory maybe but in reality no. Has to do with the fact that if the birds in the cages are flying they push down on the floor of the truck with the wind from there wings so it could in fact make it seem like the load was heavier. That is sort of like which is lighter a tank truck full of hydrogen or that tank is only full of hydrogen gas????
