Yes it was purpose made by a previous owner who was always looking for ways to save money. His idea was that the engine speed could be dramatically reduced when driving a threshing drum and so less fuel used which equated to lower running costs. This pulley is a one off and because these were low reving engines with lots of torque they were able to drivr the drum fiarly easily. The same owner was also a bit of a DIY engineer and when the original engine liners wore out he decided to make his own. The guy who used to drive it once told me the owner fitted the liners and had the tractor on light loads for a while but the first time it was used in anger it seized right up. Bill
