The 3 pt is stuck in up position. It rained and turned very cold here and the rain froze.. Went to lift blade up and it went up but can"t move lever to lower blade it is stuck.. Bent the little rod that is attached to 3pt lever and I have that straightened back out but still can"t get 3 pt to lower.. Did something break??
