When my son and Daughter-in-law sold their previous house, the old biddy, er I mean, the lady who bought it demanded that the new push broom he had hanging on the wall in the attached garage stayed with the house. He's a young married man with children and not a lot of money, but she had enough spare cash to buy the house for what he was asking. He just grumbled under his breath. Wasn't about to lose a good sale over a broom. He had to muffle his wife cause she speaks her mind a bit too freely sometimes. Jim
