That car is probably buried under a mountain of snow, seen that happen before. I think the plow drivers there get a kick out of doing that. Here I had the opposite experience. Plowed my driveway as usual, waited for the state roads guys to come fill the opening with an ice dam. They not only didn"t block it back up, the driver took a few extra swipes to leave it clear and open. Was very thankful due to temps dropping and everything freezing again.
