DM&E wants to turn one their railways into a high speed rail way. They want to run coal trains every hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Not only will this get a little anoying if you live near the railway, but they want to close down all the township road crossins. So if you farm land on both sides of the track, you might have to go 5 miles out of your way to get to a pice of land 20 feet away.
