To establish one in IN, you must have a tax ID no. and a retail license (to my knowledge). You can get monthly billing with a credit card also. I used to buy for my former employer(i'm retired), I observed retailers usually charged more than I would pay in cash, for the same item. One told me it was to cover the cost of the extra bookeeping. Ask retailers what is involved. They can't bite.
