Hi Tommy. Lower ball joints on these GM trucks can and do cause this problem, they are very hard to diagnois without seperating the lower A-arm from the spindle. They get loose but not detectable with prybars, but under braking load they move causing toe-in change and that can get pretty wild, I know from experience. Surely you have a good front end mechanic that can road test the truck and know what is happening.
