With what you are looking for I would go with a ford.8n,2n,9n are very popular they have about 25 horse but not a live pto. The Ford jubilee has a live pto and I think is around 30 horse.It is very easy to get parts because they still make parts. You need to look for: 1.good tires 2.Is there gas in the oil?(If a lot walk away) 3.how does it run 4.Any bad leaks (some to be expected) 5.Easy to start 6.excaust color (Blue = bad) 7.Has it ever been rebuilt? 8.Taken care of over the years?
