When you did the brakes, did you replace both calipers? You could have a stuck or leaking caliper. A leaking caliper will soften the pads on that side and make it grab. Since you've been through the front end, maybe you need to look at the back end. You might have a grabbing rear brake. Another bizarre thing that I've seen is a locking rear differential that's acting up. This can appear to be a front end problem, with the front end jerking to one side.
