Tommy, lots of good suggestions here, one of the things I'd do is have someone else, a trusted driver, drive the truck and I would follow, to see if it is dog-tracking, especially during braking, perhaps the rear spring shackle bushings are worn, allowing the rear end to push the truck, a good alignment shop that does 4-wheel-alignment can check for this too, just ask for a tracking check,
