Thanks for the input. I allready understand what you are saying, maybe my question should be has anyone ever heard of running bearings so loose. I am very fussy about putting things together by the book being a mechanic by trade. Does anyone have an idea where I could get oversize Babbitted bearings from to fit this tractor, or do you know where the bearings I have could be sent to be rebabbitted to the proper size for my crankshaft.
