For cheap snow and gravel use aren't compatible. Snow likes a trip mechanism, tall moldboard, skid shoes or cutting edge that won't dig in and a float mechanism for side to side and up and down.
Gravel needs a sturdy blade with no trip and no float on the depth and no side to side float.
I use an old truck blade in the winter and the loader bucket for grading but the bucket is not ideal.
