If its on the uppers then its sinus inflammation putting pressure on the nerve. I get it all the time try something that will clear up her sinuses. A good nose spray will work sometimes but I suggest a good allergy pill like Claritine. Or see your dentist and explain that its not a cavity its a tooth that has been removed. There could also be an infection in the nerve end which will need some other meds to cure it. Either way if you can't take it down with what I said in 24 hours then go directly to the Dentist. Walt
