i have a international B414 diesel and i am having difficulty with the glow plugs. the indicator gets too hot too quickly and the plugs themselves don"t have time to heat. i have had a mechanic look at it and he has said that everything looks correct. i would really like to get them going as i have to use ether to start it, which i dislike. if i plug in the block heater for approxiamately 4 hrs it will start, but this isn"t always an option in a hurry! any ideas are welcome thanks
