A 1959 Ford tractor with 478 hours is not credible but it could be worth quite a bit if it could be verified.
Regarding value, it is important to know the model number, e.g., 841, 851, 861, etc. Additionally, the condition and optional equipment is important.
The complete serial number(s) or, at least, the transmission (4 or 5 speed) will be necessary to determine the model number.
If the hours on the first one can be verified (and one would have to have concrete proof of such low hours), many other issues would be useful to establish its value.
