Don't sound like you need great tires if stationed at a saw mill. That hints at a "standard" rather than rowcrop. Maybe in the older 40+ HP class? I would get at least 4 cylinder for a smoother power output. Something that will hold its value will help reduce total\final cost. None of this sounds exciting but you asked to keep cost down. Sounds like you just need parked-PTO power. Old irrigation unit? good luck. H
