Seeking info. for Oliver 1550

Considering the purchase of an Oliver (gas) 1550, it has a loader, 3 point & PTO, the owner said the only problem with it is the bucket tilt hangs,he said you have to move the lever a few times before it moves, I know nothing about tractors and any info on this model or it's problem would be of help. Thanks in advance for your input.
