I have had good luck with a product called "Seal-All" made by Eclectic Products of Pineville LA. Comes in a yellow with red lettering 2 fl oz (60 ml) tube and is sold around here by ace hardware and most auto parts houses. Smells like old time modeling glue. Contains methyl ethyl ketone
