Without a creeper gear or live PTO, you need a self-powered blower. I'm not even sure if anyone makes them anymore, but I've seen several home-made rigs. My neighbor has a 6 footer with a VF4 Wisconin engine on it. His Ford 861 is too fast in reverse so he has to inch along, letting the clutch in and out when the snow is real deep (over three feet). Otherwise it works fine.
In fact, the guy in town has a three point, self-powered blower for sale right now - stuck outside with a for sale sign on it.
