If it has a CAV pump,it's a simple fix,did one last week.You'll need a gasket and 4 o rings available from Agco or New holland.Shut off the fuel. Disconnect throttle and shutoff rods, remove the 2 acorn nuts and lift up the cap enough to unhook the spring inside, remove the cap. Remove the shafts and replace the two orings on each shaft, replace the cover gasket. Put the cap back down enough to hook the spring and and engage the pin on the shut off shaft into shut off rail. Install the cap, tighten the nuts, hook up the rods and bleed the pump.
