Why do you want to remove the sleeves if you are going to reuse them? Hone them in place like the other guys said.
P.S.
I have never had much luck trying to just put new rings in old cylinders that have been honed. Better check your I & T shop manual, if the sleeves are tapered in excess of the recommend out of round specs, it won't work anyway. Your plugs will just foul in minutes. How much is a new sleeve kit for a CA Allis?
