We use to buzz wood with an oliver "70" on the belt. We would push some good size wood through that saw. No effort on the tractors end of it. If I remember right , the tractor was about 20 feet from the saw , when the belt was on it. When the wind was blowing just right , it would get the belt flopping side ways , and off the pullys. We had to stand a piece of pipe about half way. That was just enough that the wind would not work the belt off.
