Burns, Yes, I can still work right along side most younger men. I really enjoy taking parts off of my parts tractors to ship out to someone who is preserving another part of John Deere history. I do notice however that I can't lift some of the things I could a few years ago. And the old memory is getting terrible too!! I don't have any hired help except the wife. She runs the electric winch when we retreive parts tractors. She saves me a bunch of steps.
