Why are you removing them if you want to use them? You should be able to get replacements for almost any sleeve by taking the old ones to a reputable engine shop in your area or by looking online. If you really want them out, do what F14 suggested and weld 3 evenly spaced light beads down the interior walls. Be careful that you do not burn through the walls as some steel sleeves are pretty thin. Let them cool and the sleeves will shrink and you usually can just grab them and pull them out. If not you can usually get a purchase with the edge of a screwdriver on the bottom and tap them up far enough to get a grip with 2 sets of vice-grips and pull them that way. I Agree...If you are planning on reusing them, do not pull them!
