I had to do the same to my fordson and the only way that I could do it was to put a large threaded rod down though the cylinder with a plate on the bottom ,then a plate on the top, and block it up about an inch. so that when you put preasure on the threaded rod by turning the nut at the top. it would want to pull the sleave out.
then on the tight ones you still have to pound on the bottom of the sleave untill it starts to move.
its a lot of work but it does get the job done.
