Who uses the term "Brothers and Sisters" in the military? I will agree it is fake. When I served there was a tragic event on base. Nothing as close to this, but there was at least the order not to communicate anything regarding the occurrence to the outside world. Only to let your family members know you were ok. I am sure the same applies at Fort Hood currently.
