I have just talked to a friend in the last week about tire chains and measuring the tire to see how long a chain he would need. He has a 9N/8N. Ya a mutt but any how when he measured his tire he found that the 11.2-28 was just under 12 foot in circumference so what you have should fit a 28 inch tire if he measured his right. Of course you could always do the pie R squared thing and maybe figure it out
